This hotel is a hidden gem in a fantastic location. The staff here are incredibly helpful and pleasant, making my stay even more enjoyable. Everything in this place is clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the common areas. The free table football was a fun bonus that added to the overall experience. Additionally, the pool was great - I appreciated the designated time for adults only, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing swim. The hotel's proximity to hiking routes is a major plus, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

nice service, nice views, clean and comfortable rooms, hearty breakfasts
small parking; spa services, says only in Czech, chews gum during the interview; with a large number of kitchen can not cope with food supplementation; too small swimming pool and sauna for as many guests. Promotional price per day for booking is identical to the normal price of the hotel. Before booking it's worth checking the price list on the website the hotel.

Location was very good for Bieg Piastow ski race in March. Good food included in price. Receptionist (Helena) was most helpful in helping me with a confusing transportation issue.
Spa charged me 50 dollars for a 30 minute massage. Staff speaks little English so German is nearly a must. It would be nice if the hotel arranged for a shuttle to the ski race with so many skiers staying at the hotel.

The suite at OREA Resort Sklář Harrachov was absolutely amazing. The rooms were spacious and cozy, making us feel right at home. We loved that they provided a complimentary bottle of mineral water upon arrival. The coffee machine, tea facilities, and kettle were great for our morning routine. And the bathrobes and slippers added a touch of luxury to our stay. it was a perfect room for our family getaway.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the free WiFi. It was a bit slow at times, but I understand that others may not be bothered by it.

My wife and me liked the hotel very much: it is clean, the interiors are cosy, breakfasts are plentiful and tasty, staff is very friendly, polite and helpful and we owe special thanks to nice people at the reception and their management, good job! My wife went to sauna and pool center and also liked it a lot. We used free ski bus every day, it was very convenient as the hotel is situated a distance from the main ski hills.

Great location and view, very nice and clean rooms and other amenities. Nice wellness and relax area, pleasant staff there. Helpfull staff at the bar.
Rather unfriendly staff at the reception. Breakfast and especially dinner buffet absolutelly not corresponding with 4* hotel. Choice of meals for dinner buffet was poor, quality of meals not worth 350 CZK. Restaurant staff being bored didn't make the impression better. A la carte restaurant is better, but prices rather high for the quality and service offered. Unfortunatelly, due to some congresses, a la carte restaurant for closed for 2 evenings and there is no other possibility than buffet restaurant.

The hotel is incredibly well-managed, with a friendly and helpful staff that goes above and beyond. The food options for both adults and kids are excellent, and special dietary requests are accommodated. The pool is fantastic, and the natural surroundings are stunning. There are plenty of activities for younger kids, including a spacious playroom, tennis, and table tennis. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Highly recommended for singles, couples, and families with kids.

Enjoyed the stunning views of snowy mountains from the comfort of a cozy room. Breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of delicious food offerings. The location was perfect for skiing and hiking.
Service at the restaurant and bar was slow and unorganized, with orders being forgotten and a lack of attention to detail. The pool was not well maintained, with dirty drain grates and a lack of information provided about its status.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Harrachov. The location was great, with beautiful hiking routes nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was kept clean. We especially loved the free table football, great for some fun with friends. The hotel also had a swimming pool, although children were only allowed until 19:00, which was a bit restrictive. The food had a lot of choice, although it was a bit too salty for my taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a enjoyable stay in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and conveniently situated near various trails and the cable car. We were impressed by the quality of the food, both the breakfast and dinner buffet exceeded our expectations. The selection was wide and the focus on healthy options was a pleasant surprise. The playroom for kids and the leaving gift bag for our toddler were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and many had their own balcony, offering a delightful view.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
